    Responsibilities

    As Web Developer at Boylen, you will develop new generation, secure, scalable and high performance web based systems and provide domain knowledge to your team throughout the process.

    You will be great at solving complex problems related to back-end development and provide accurate estimates and scope for team deliverables.

    Naturally, you will always keep abreast of digital trends and new technologies, because you love to. You will work on multiple projects delivering on time and within budget.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience developing for WordPress
    • Intimate HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript
    • PHP and MySQL knowledge
    • Experience configuring Apache
    • Experience with Linux and Server Side Technologies/HTTP
    • Ability to develop upon CMS Platforms; in particular WordPress, eCommerce Platforms and Integrating with External APIs
    • Must be able to troubleshoot and be solution oriented
    • A deep understanding of Digital trends, tools and methodologies
    • A team player who can also work well independently when required.

  • Web Designers

    Boylen is a full service digital agency located on the fringe of Adelaide’s CBD.  We have been creating solutions in branding, web, mobile, publications and print for over 20 years and are looking for a Digital Designer to join our talented team.

    If you are passionate about all things design and web, love a good challenge and taking initiative, you are just what we are looking for!

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional creative work for, but not limited to: Web, Mobile, Email Marketing and Branding Collateral
    • Deliver user experience and architecture concepts (Wireframes & Prototyping)
    • Meet with clients, gather creative briefs and present and justify design direction in a confident and convincing manner
    • Contribute to social media and the Boylen marketing plan
    • Establish strong working relationships with Project Managers, Developers and Analogue teams
    • Work to a timeline and provide deliverables to internal and external teams

    Requirements

    • A strong portfolio of digital design work
    • A conceptual thinker with the ability to produce cutting edge designs
    • Experience with Parallax and Responsive & Fluid web design
    • An expert in Adobe Creative Suite (CC)
    • Great knowledge of UX Design and Usability trends and standards
    • A deep understanding of Digital trends, tools and methodologies

    Responsibilities

    • Produce outstanding design layout and typography that effortlessly proceeds to production with the highest pre-press standards.
    • Meet with clients, gather creative briefs and present and justify design direction in a confident and convincing matter

    • Work to a timeline and provide deliverables to internal and external teams
    • Managing multiple projects at one given time

    Requirements

    • An expert in Adobe Creative Suite (CC), especially InDesign and Photoshop

  • Digital Sales Executives

    Boylen is always seeking dynamic, driven Digital Sales Executive. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across our broad portfolio of clients. You'll also enjoy bringing new clients on board. A strategic, solutions-based approach to digital sales will enable you to provide genuine value and benefit to both new and existing clients.

    Reporting to the Digital Sales Manager you will be responsible for all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will meet with clients to establish business requirements and identify cost-effective, best-in-breed solutions for achieving them. You'll create proposals, clearly and concisely outlining the offering, and then follow through to a successful sale.

    Your enthusiasm for the web and related media will inspire your team mates and your clients, and will be essential in ensuring your success in this exciting, challenging role.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieving monthly sales targets.
    • Managing an impressive existing client portfolio.
    • New business development.
    • Working with the production team to provide accurately costed, high quality quotes and proposals.
    • Staying abreast of market trends and best-practice in web and mobile.

  • SEO / Digital Marketing Specialists

    Responsibilities

    No two days are the same in this fast-paced agency environment.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • SEO strategy and execution across a broad range of clients.
    • Copy writing to support your SEO efforts.
    • Creating monthly SEO reports for clients.
    • Social media strategy and execution.
    • Google AdWords campaign creation and management.
    • Meeting with clients to keep them abreast of progress.
    • Meeting with prospects to wow them with our capabilities.

    Most of the nuts and bolts implementation will be handled by other people. What that means is that you won't be spending endless hours adding alt tags and checking for broken links but you will have social media skills and be able to put them to good use for clients.

    Requirements

    The skills required to be successful in this role are:

    • An in-depth understanding of SEO and how to successfully help our clients rank well for their chosen search terms.
    • An intimate knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics.
    • Experience managing mid-level AdWords campaigns, including writing successful ad copy and optimising ads for maximum ROI.
    • Social, social, social. You live and breathe it, and you love it. From Facebook to Instagram to LinkedIn, you know the tricks and you know the tools of the trade.
    • Great copy-writing skills.
    • Adobe Creative Suite skills will be highly regarded.
    • As will experience with WordPress and general web technologies.
